2. Acceptance of These Terms

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

If you use the Service on behalf of a company, you confirm you have authority to bind that company to these Terms.

3. What the Service Does (and Does Not Do)

  • The Service provides general, automated, informational insights relating to organisational maturity and scaling challenges.
  • The Service is not legal, financial, investment, HR, tax, regulatory, cybersecurity, or professional consulting advice.
  • You remain responsible for verifying outputs and for decisions made based on them.

4. AI Outputs – Limitations and User Responsibility

Important Limitations:

  • Outputs are generated by AI and may be incorrect, incomplete, misleading, or reflect bias.
  • Do not rely on outputs as the sole basis for material decisions.
  • Seek appropriate professional advice for important business, legal, or financial matters.

5. Prohibited Inputs (PII / Confidential Data)

You must not submit:

  • Personal data that identifies an individual (e.g., names, emails, phone numbers), unless strictly necessary and you have a lawful basis to share it
  • Special category personal data (health, biometrics, race/ethnicity, religion, sexual orientation, etc.)
  • Criminal offence data
  • Login credentials, payment card details, security secrets
  • Confidential information you do not have the right to disclose (including third-party or employer confidentials)

You confirm you have the right to provide all information you submit and that doing so does not breach any confidentiality or data protection obligations.

6. Your Content and Licence

  • "User Content" means prompts, messages, uploads, and any other material you submit.
  • You retain ownership of your User Content.
  • You grant us a non-exclusive licence to process User Content to provide the Service, maintain security, and improve service quality (including through de-identified / aggregated analysis as described in the Privacy Notice).
  • You are responsible for ensuring User Content is lawful and does not infringe rights.

7. Third-Party Technology Providers

We use third-party technology providers to operate the Service, which may include Manus and its hosting/sub-processors.

Your use of the Service may therefore involve processing and storage by those providers. Further details are in our Privacy Notice.

8. Availability, Changes, and Beta Features

  • We may change, suspend or withdraw the Service (in whole or part) without notice.
  • We may introduce beta features which may be less reliable. Beta features are marked with a (β) symbol.
  • We do not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted, or error-free access to the Service.

9. Acceptable Use

You must not misuse the Service, including:

  • Attempting to access systems without authorisation
  • Uploading malware or harmful code
  • Using the Service to generate unlawful content
  • Interfering with service operation
  • Scraping or reverse engineering the Service except as permitted by law
  • Attempting to manipulate, bypass, or abuse the AI systems

10. Intellectual Property

  • We own the Service and its underlying software, branding, and materials.
  • Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership to you.
  • Subject to these Terms, you may use outputs internally for your business purposes.
  • You must not represent outputs as human-authored professional advice.

11. Fees

The Service is currently provided free of charge. We reserve the right to introduce fees in the future with reasonable notice.

12. Liability

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for:

  • Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation
  • Death or personal injury caused by negligence
  • Any other liability that cannot be excluded by law

For business users:

  • We exclude implied terms to the maximum extent permitted by law
  • We are not liable for loss of profits, business, goodwill, data, or indirect/consequential loss
  • Our total liability is limited to £100

13. Termination

  • We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or for security/legal reasons.
  • On termination, your right to use the Service ends.
  • We may retain certain data as described in our Privacy Notice.

14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
  • Courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction (except where mandatory consumer rules apply).
